SFUMATTO.COM ships it’s products in discreet brown packaging boxes without any exterior reference to it's source.

We ship to several countries, so please do check if we ship to your destination prior to ordering.

SFUMATTO.COM tries to ship order within 24-48 hours of working days. Shipping time is always related to products on stock.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately and our process is automated for maximum efficiency, so that shipping takes place as soon as possible. Due to that, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible in case of cancelation, as SFUMATTO.COM cannot provide cancelations once shipping takes place. Taking that into account, please order carefully.


Return Policy


In accordance to European Union laws regarding health and hygiene, SFUMATTO.COM mat not accept the return of opened and used items. Any returned products must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and have original ticketing attached. Following European Union laws on items that may constitute a health risk we must consider all items that leave our warehouse as used and non-resalable.

We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. SFUMATTO.COM won't be responsible for any lost packages.

All orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.

All gift cards, coupons and promotions will be kept in the users account for further use and will not be refunded.

The customer is always responsible for the costs of shipping in non-defective items.

Returns must be shipped back to the SFUMATTO.COM address that comes on the shipping label. The address can be found on the shipping label or the invoice that goes with the item.

Returns must include the ORDER NUMBER, the ITEM BEING RETURNED and the reason for the return.
